SecurityScore.me provides tools to check whether an email address has appeared in known data breaches and to calculate a personal security score based on breach exposure and related signals.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use SecurityScore.me only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• •Use the service to check email addresses that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
• •Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access or query the service at scale.
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our services.
• •Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of SecurityScore.me.

Certain features of SecurityScore.me may be offered as paid plans or subscriptions.

We rely on third-party providers for certain parts of our service, such as breach data, hosting, analytics, and security.

• • For breach checks, we may use APIs such as Have I Been Pwned (HIBP) and similar services, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• • For spam and abuse prevention, we may use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, but we take reasonable care when selecting them.

SecurityScore.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SecurityScore.me, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for:

• • Any loss of data, security incidents, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us for the services in the previous 3 months (if any).
